Lynsey’s style of training involves mostly body weight exercises!

Lynsey provides some small apparatus props: resistance bands, light kettlebells, and medicine balls! Trust me, you don’t need a full equipped gym to get in shape!!

Programs are individually based. Sessions will vary depending on your goals, strengths, weakness, and restrictions.
