Happy New Year to all of you! I am going to keep this short and sweet! Thank you so much for all of your love, patience, and understanding since 2020 and especially this past year of 2022!
I did make a wish! When the ball dropped at midnight… this year is going to bring back my class schedule from the past! For now I will still be holding my 4:30PM Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
8:15AM Tuesdays and Thursdays
Saturdays at 9AM
I will still keep the text messages for now since I am a smaller business at this point! Thank you for your understanding until I re-build again!

As most of my students have noticed, ever since the pandemic, I have shifted Physique Rx’d into individual based sessions. So I will be continuing this into 2023 for NOW. If group sessions start to become more popular again I will add more classes! That is my goal for the New Year!
