Lynsey does recommend signing up for a private intro first. This will enable us both to get to know each other and for myself to see your strengths and imbalances (if any) such as flexibility or former injuries.

This session introduces one to the movement and my style so you do not feel confused in class. Trust me when I say this is a great way to start if you’ve never had Pilates or core training before.
